Additional Charges Besides Product Price: Shipping Fee - 770 yen We will cover the shipping fee if your order amount is 11,000 yen or more. For deliveries to Okinawa and other remote islands, the shipping fee will be 1,430 yen regardless of the order amount.

Payment Methods and Timing: For credit card and electronic payments, payment will be finalized on the day of product shipment.

Delivery Time: After confirming your order, we will promptly dispatch the product. (Normally, it takes approximately 2 business days for the product to be shipped. In case of inclement weather, delivery service issues, or any other reasons causing a delay in shipment, we will notify you via email.)

Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations: Please note that we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges due to customer preference. Returns or exchanges due to product defects will be accepted within 7 days of product arrival. We will cover the shipping fee.
