Refund policy
In case of product defects
Please ensure to inspect the product upon arrival. The following products will be promptly replaced free of charge. Please return the product to our company within 7 days after its arrival. The return shipping cost will be covered by the seller.
- Products with stains, damages, or malfunctions.
- Cases where the received product is different from the one ordered.
Return Procedure:
Please contact our store via the inquiry form within 7 days after the arrival of the product. Afterward, we will provide you with the return address. Please return the item by cash-on-delivery (COD) service. Once we confirm the returned item, we will arrange for the replacement product to be shipped or proceed with the refund.
For customer-initiated returns
If you wish to return a product without any defects, please contact our store first. However, please note that we cannot accept returns under the following
circumstances:
- Products specified as non-returnable on the product page.
- Products that have been in your possession for more than 8 days since delivery.
- Products that were not previously notified for return.
- Products that have been used even once.
- Products that have been damaged, soiled, altered, or repaired by the customer.
- Products without accompanying items such as packaging, tags, or manuals.
Return Procedure:
Please contact our store via the inquiry form within 7 days after the arrival of the product.
Afterward, we will provide you with the return address. Please note that we can only accept returns to the specified address.
The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Once we confirm the returned item and ensure that it does not fall under the category of "products not eligible for return" mentioned above, we will proceed with the refund.
For orders with a total amount of less than 11,000 yen, the refund amount will be the order amount minus the shipping fee of 770 yen (tax included).
