Durable wine glasses for everyday use

Professionals' choice, used in sommelier competitions

Since opening oh, we've received several requests, "We'd love for you to carry stylish wine glass recommendations." We welcome such requests! Thank you.
We introduce our thin glass sommelier cups as "part of the same series as the wine glasses adopted for sommelier competitions." This French-made professional tasting wine glass, which we ordered for an image shoot, is indeed from that same series.
A wine glass that strikes the perfect balance between casual and elegant

Actually, this glass has appeared in many dramas. I often spot it when watching Netflix and think, "Ah!"
This is the type with the shortest stem in the series, yet it still has this beautiful silhouette. It's all about the form and good balance. The exquisite design perfectly balances everyday use and a sense of specialness. If it were too thin or too delicate, you'd be nervous about using and washing it. In that sense, I think it's a very good wine glass.
Wine glasses are actually very profound. Strictly speaking, this is a tasting glass.
But if you're enjoying wine casually at home, I think the priority should be durability for daily use and choosing a design you like. If it's too delicate or too large, it might feel special, but the anxiety of possibly breaking it could spoil the enjoyable time.
I ordered one box of six for a photoshoot, but received a flood of DMs about photos I took with the sommelier cups on Instagram, and they sold out even though they weren't listed on our online shop. For me, it's become a legendary wine glass. This is truly an item that needs no explanation.
Crystal clear glass that shows off the wine's color and a beautiful sound

The latest Krysta material is key
While this wine glass is French-made, it was originally made from a material called Kwarx. It was developed as a durable glass.
However, for wine lovers, durability is an unseen benefit. To enjoy wine more, a highly transparent and thinner glass is more apparent. Naturally, it had to evolve into a stronger material.
That's where the material Krysta was developed. It's used in this sommelier wine glass and the sommelier cup. (It seems that Kwarx-made products are still available on the market.)
Krysta offers enhanced durability, plus a step up in lightness and transparency. When toasting, the sound of the glass is clear and resonates for a long time.
Indeed, when I lightly tap it with my finger during inspection to check for cracks, it produces a very beautiful sound.
Individually packaged for single-glass sales
This sommelier wine glass is imported in packages of six. That's typical for commercial products. However, when individuals buy them, many probably don't need that many. So, at oh, we sell them one by one.
Also, the journey from France is long, and they are stored in various environments, so the condition varies, with some having dust or being cloudy. It would be a shame not to experience its high transparency when opening it.
At oh, just like with our sommelier cups, we clean each glass individually with a dedicated cloth. We also check for sharp protrusions (a common issue with commercial glasses from overseas) before packaging.
We use hard bubble wrap to suspend them in mid-air.
Coffee is like wine

I don't drink much alcohol. Or rather, I can't. It's my constitution. After a bath, I always drink sparkling water.
But I actually really like the taste of wine, gin, whiskey, and sake. People often pity me for not being able to drink them.
My particular favorite is orange wine.
It's not made from oranges, but rather orange wine, considered the fourth type of wine after red, white, and rosé.
Orange-colored wine made from white grapes using the red wine production method is also called natural wine, isn't it? The beauty of orange wine poured into this glass is exquisite. However, if I were to drink just one glass of orange wine in this glass, I'd fall asleep instantly.
The thin glass and tapered opening allow you to directly experience the taste and aroma.
The same goes for coffee. Since it's not heat-resistant glass, you can't pour piping hot coffee, but Ethiopian light roast coffee at about 40°C feels almost like wine, doesn't it?
Don't you think wine and coffee are similar?
