Multi-bowls reduce the need for dedicated dishes
I think that each tableware has its own role, such as for staple food, main dishes, side dishes, soup, etc. Depending on the size, shape, and design, the purpose of the tableware can be determined. Rather, I think that people often choose tableware by considering what they will be used for.
And when we think about the food culture in Japan, we see a really wide variety of menus on the table. Sometimes we have Japanese food, sometimes Italian food, sometimes Chinese food, and sometimes French food. Japan is truly blessed with food.
However, as a result of this, we now need a lot of tableware in our daily lives.
It's not impossible to drink soup from a so-called rice bowl, but it ends up looking like a makeshift arrangement. This one is for rice, this one is for soup, this one is for salad, this one is for rice when having hot pot, etc.

oh original " that multi bowl " is, The name was created from two meanings: "Ano," which means they met at that cafe, and "Ano," which means an anonymous presence due to the business-like appearance of the product.
By paying particular attention to the shape, size and colour of the bowl, we were able to create a multi-bowl design that can be used as a rice bowl, salad bowl, soup bowl, rice bowl or small bowl.
The price per piece is by no means cheap (2,200 yen including tax), but when you consider that they can serve as multiple pieces of tableware, it suddenly seems reasonable.
It's hard to find a multi-purpose bowl that can be used as a soup bowl, salad bowl, and rice bowl. I think this is the power of design. Above all, we've actually used it and are very satisfied with it, so we can wholeheartedly recommend this multi-purpose bowl.
Another big plus is that it's a little thick and has just the right weight.
Multi-bowls made from lightweight materials are easy to use, but as the number of uses and occasions they are used increases, stability becomes the most important factor.
