A simple bowl that beautifully presents both ramen and donburi

The impression of ramen largely changes with the bowl. The color of the soup, the appearance of the toppings and noodles, and the negative space all play a role.
If it has patterns that make it look like it's exclusively for ramen, or if it can't be stacked, its usability quickly diminishes. That's why this simple, versatile design is highly recommended.

I was very conflicted about what to name it because it's so versatile.
The inspiration came from a project with Pons, a French restaurant in Koriyama City. They contacted me saying they wanted a suitable bowl for a limited-time, limited-quantity event where a French chef would seriously make ramen. I thought that was very interesting!
And the first thing I proposed was this vessel. It was decided almost at first sight. I would have been in trouble if it hadn't been chosen.
So, I decided to name it a ramen bowl.

This ramen bowl is not just a simple white bowl; it's designed with a form that naturally makes food look delicious. Even if you don't go to great lengths to arrange the ingredients at home, it will still look well-presented.
Though it appears compact, it holds a full single serving. This bowl makes your everyday meal feel like a carefully prepared one.

An excellent design that matches both Japanese and Western styles

In fact, it's almost the same shape as oh's original Ano Multi Bowl. That's why this ramen bowl (donburi) also suits any dish.
Of course, it's great for ramen, but also for oyakodon, katsudon, and magurodon. It's also highly versatile as a serving bowl for nikujaga or liver and chives.
For Hawaiian loco moco or generously topped taco rice, it mysteriously makes everything look stylish.
It also works well as a salad bowl with plenty of lettuce.
At home, we frequently use it for bibimbap and marinated tuna donburi.

There are probably many times when you want to minimize washing dishes.
In such cases, simply put freshly cooked white rice in this bowl and top it with today's side dish. It will still look like a restaurant meal.
Please try using it with Ano Spoon in wood beige. The spoon won't scratch the bowl, and its slender shape makes it easy to eat with. They're a perfect match.
