取り皿は、食べる人数分を選択してくださいね。
もっと具材を！という方はマルチボウルを別途追加してください。トルティーヤの皿も欲しい！という欲張りなあなたにはビスクエッジプレートの23cm辺りがオススメです。
大勢での食卓は、タコスがおすすめ。
タコスパーティーが流行っていると聞きます。テレビCMでも最近は良く見ますね。友人や家族が集まってご飯をしようとなった時に出る悩みといえば「何を食べよう？」。コース料理は大袈裟だし、全てテイクアウトというのも…ね。
という時にオススメなのが、タコスパーティー。通称タコパです（たこ焼きじゃない方） 最大の特長は、冷めても不味くならないので長い時間楽しめる。これです。 そして、写真映えする割には準備が簡単なのも良いんです。
結構周りにこの話をすると「タコスなんてオシャレフードは敷居が高い！」と言われますが、全然そんな事ありません。挽き肉の味付けは、スーパーで買ったタコスシーズニングですし。
具材用には同じ大きさのマルチボウルを3〜4個用意します。レタスは細かく切って、 トマトと、アボガドを潰したもの、炒めた肉、チーズとかお好きな物を入れておきます。食器は同じ色よりも、違う色でコーディネートするとオシャレ感が増しますね。
大きめのお皿にトルティーヤを乗せ、飲み物を置いたら、準備完了。写真に映っているトルティーヤは、15cmほど。スーパーや輸入食材店で冷凍の物が売っています。
タコスを巻く用の取り皿は何でも良いですが、あのオーバルプレートですと程良い深さがあるので包みやすいです。これは23cmを使っています。（例えば横にピクルスなどを置きたい方は26cmでも良いかもしれませんね。）タコスパーティーは結構皿が並ぶので、この位のオーバル皿だと場所を取らなくて、大人数でも困りません。
あとは、具材を乗せて、思い思いに楽しむだけ！ 2枚目はタバスコを少し多めに入れて巻こうかな…。
こんな感じで良くやっていたタコスパーティーを皆さんにも手軽に、と思い立ち、家タコスセットを作ってしまいました。
